Office Manager | full time

As an Office Manager, you’ll be a valued business partner to the Doctor. This hard-working and motivated leader will help guide and support our team as they provide the best patient care to the community. At Wasatch Pediatric Dental Specialists, our goal is to hire and grow leaders who will support the business needs of each supported dental office and foster a strong culture of collaboration and support. Job Role:

  • Focus and prioritize efforts of team to support Doctor in achieving their goals.
  • Support the Doctor, clinical and administration staff through monthly staff meetings, morning huddles, and monthly leadership meetings.
  • Management of team and administrative responsibilities.
  • Successfully onboard new team members through partnership with Director of Operations.
  • Support team members to prioritize and plan their training for growth in their roles.
  • Utilize practice management software for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Our Pediatric Dentists must be passionate, hardworking, and service oriented. Our Mission as a team is to work together and be the most patient-centric pediatric dental practice while providing the highest level of care possible. Our doctors are part of a highly motivated and collaborative dental team, with supportive leadership and the opportunity to work within our 5 beautiful locations in the Salt Lake valley.

The Associate Pediatric Dentist we are looking for has:

  • A Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry.
  • Is Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Current CPR/BLS and PALS certification.
  • Current license to practice dentistry in the State of Utah.
  • Dedication to ensuring the highest quality of dental care.
  • Integrity, dependability, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Leadership skills that value at team collaborative approach to care.

As an Associate Pediatric Dentist, you will:

  • Lead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, with the goal of providing the best possible dental care with the best possible patient experience.
  • Partner with non-clinical staff to help the dental office operate as well as possible.
  • Help patients look forward to seeing the dentist.
  • Have the option to work across multiple locations including hospital and sedation dentistry.
